ASI may retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it is collected or as otherwise required to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. ASI applies reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use including limiting physical access to data within ASI’s systems and encryption of sensitive data when transferring such data. Reasonable steps will be taken to delete or destroy the information when it is no longer necessary for any of the above purpose.

Who may be provided with your personal data
Personal data is held by us relating to you will be kept confidential but we may provide such data to the following parties, both inside or outside of Hong Kong, to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy:

- external service providers that we engage for the purposes set out in this Policy;
- any actual or proposed assignee, transferee, participant or sub-participant of your designated party;
- any persons who/which you have given instructions, authorization and consent to us in order to communicate with and provide information to them.
Unless permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we will obtain your consent if we wish to transfer your personal data to other entity other than those stated in this Policy.
Your personal data may be provided to any of the above persons or entities who or which may be located in other jurisdictions or territories to that in which you are located. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored and processed in other jurisdictions where third-party service provider is located or from which the third-party contractor provides services to ASI. Under relevant law, we may transfer your information out your jurisdiction to our facilities or to those third-parties with whom we share it as described above. Your personal data will only be transferred to other locations, where we are satisfied that adequate levels of protection exist to protect the integrity and security of your personal data, which as a minimum are comparable to the jurisdiction or territory in which you provided such personal data.

Amendments of the Policy
